Once applicants have filled their petition with their attorney’s and have received or are awaiting their approval, we can begin the last leg of the visa application. This includes:

Interview Scheduling
The DS-160 application can be quite confusing and many questions may arise when completing this form. We provide our clients with an easy questionnaire, in order to fill out the DS-160 form on their behalf and input the information correctly on the DS-160 system. We have helped many clients with this process and can make this complex form a smooth and easy journey!
Once the DS-160 form is in progress, we will schedule your interview. Interview wait times vary per country. Once we discuss your US travel timeline, we can plan the best location for you to have your interview. We have a lot of experience scheduling interviews in many countries all over the world and will find an interview date and location that best fits our clients travel plans.
Once the interview has been scheduled and the DS-160 questionnaire has been completed, we provide our clients with interview packets that they can take to the interview. Once the visa has been approved at the appointment, document return takes around 1-2 business days to process and 3-5 business days for delivery. However, this timeline varies per consulate and embassy. Once your visa has been stamped and your documents have been returned you are ready to embark on your journey here in the USA!
